the  250 point range helps so  you are  allowed to vote

higher point to reach  higher levels  give you   the opportunity

to answer more questions per day , once you reach level 5

it is unlimited to  how many  answers you want to answer, i haven't reached 6 yet but im  almost there, aftet  7 you have reached the top on levels, people who remain on here after that are true people  to yahoo answers to help people as there are no prizes or awards that i know of
