  2. only the rules in the books are the policies to conserve the endangered species in India, at least,  as nobody,be them the politicians, figures like MAK Pataudi, or Salmankhan, is ready to take them Only a Bishnoi community in Rajasthan have the policy to get these precious species saved, or The Greenpeace movement for the sea life world over.

    however you can get the things mentioned by you at various tourism terminals or book shop all over.

  3. The World Wild Life Fund is making a  sustained campaign for awareness to people to save them, bring and enforce leagl measures to protect and to prosecute the offenders who eliminate them. But the great thing that we have to do, is to make everyone understand  that mankind can never generate those species on Earth again if they become extinct, whatever  be the acheivements in Science and Technology, even in the future!
