what are the political problems faced by the Filipinos during the spanish colonization? and what are the factors that pushed the leaders to solve those problems?

the government positions were all occupied by Spanish. i think it is only the position of the Cabeza de Barangay that Filipinos were allowed to take.

discrimination is one of the big problems.

and oh filipinos don't like to be ruled by others, so i say since magellan and the spanish first came, we were not really in good terms with them.(remeber lapu- lapu was the first filipino leader  to endure spanish colonizations)
