  2. The funny thing I find is the people who have the hardest time working together are the ones who are too much alike. They both want to do what they are best at and get upset when no one picks up the slack.

    Have you tried looking into a little quiz/test about how you work?  My co-workers and I did one.  The categories are "ruler", "supporter", "computer", and "entertainer".  Once we identified who we were and who are co-workers were.  We were able to identify each of our strengths and areas where we may struggle.  It really benefited us as three of the four of us have been teaching preschool together for over 10 years!
