What are the possible negative effects of a pregnancy on a woman after having grasto-bypass surgery?

There is not a lot of research on this topic but one of my good friends did get pregnant after a route-en-y gastric bypass surgery.  She got pregnant about 6 months after her surgery.  Her surgeon was not very happy with her choice of timing.  He wished she had waited.  The big concern is making sure that you get ALL your vitamins and that you watch your diet very carefully for your sake and for the baby's.  The big effect that my friend had was that her weight loss stalled and she also began gaining weight back after her son was born.  I hope this helps.
