Question:

What are the powers of the Congress, Supreme Court, and President?

If I'm not mistaken, Supreme Court and President are Judicial and Executive respectively, correct? Or am I thinking of something completely different?

In any case, I'm missing Congress.

  1. Congress is legislative - they make laws

    Executive enforces the laws and is commander in chief of armed forces.

    Judicial Interprets the law.


  2. The last vice president made the presidency more powerful than any other branch of government...So, you have to keep the Republicans from office or we will be fighting any and all conflicts and the domestic issues will suffer.

  3. Raelda, all you have to do is read the Constitution of the United States. The powers and duties are spelled out in great detail for the Legislative, Executive and Judicial  branches of government.
