You will probably ovulate within the next month or so.

I'd recommend that you do NOT attempt conception again for another 3 cycles at least.  This will give your body time to heal.

While miscarriages are unfortunate, they're not that uncommon.  Just follow your doctor's advice and take your vitamins and you should be fine.  There's nothing to say you'll ever experience another miscarriage in your lifetime.
