What are some of the best beaches and towns to visit along France's southwest Atlantic coast?

I'm french but I don't know very well this area of France.

I can tell you that all this part of France is appreciated : large beaches, big trees, good things to eat : "foie gras", alcohol like cognac.

I remember I spent good holidays in Moliet some years ago.

Arcachon, Biscarosse, Mimizan, Vieux Boucau are good places.
