I am visiting london for a sight seeing trip for the first time with family (5 People) from Peterborough by train, and I am wondering how can I get to these places by boarding which tube lines and which on/off stations and the the prices for the tube fares and entrance fees? Thank u very much.

  1. You need to get the tube to clapham junction then to watford, the tickets are about £60 and the museum tickets are about £150 - £300 each but its **** dont go

  2. For taxi fare, you can try a site like, http://www.taxifarefinder.com

  3. British Museum is free entry unless seeing a special exhibition,

you come into Kings Cross which is not far from Russell square so can take Picadilly line from Kings cross to Russell square and just walk around the corner. To Buckingham Palace probably best Victoria Line and to Victoria then a few minutes walk to Buck House, not sure of ticket price but more that 10.00 i think.

and London Eye last time i looked was about  ÃƒÂ‚£14.50 and very long queues. And to get there best go to westminster station, and just walk across westminster Bridge.

I am not sure the chap above is quoting at all.

i think he is taking the proverbial. I know the city well. E Mail me if you need  more help
