What are the primary health issues in India?

fresh air & fresh water everywhere you can find,

but flies,mosquitoes,hipetatis-b, and mixture of oil in foods mostly at every place, even though coulera is at top in the rainy season.

the govt. takes step against all these primary health issuse but it's not sufficient. better to have locality knowledge, and atmosphere knowledge.
