  1. The continual dissolution of the concept of creating children within the context of a conventional marriage will tend to put more pressure on social services.

    Children raised in environments which don't include legal requirements for child support via marriage laws tend to be more easily discarded or abandoned by one or both parents.

    That is not a hard and fast rule.  It is just a perception of what may result from the increasingly excessive loss of traditional family units and values.
