What are the principle exports ( minerals, foods, or other products) that are sent out from Puerto Rico?

Puerto Ricans are the biggest export.  There are about 8 million Puerto Ricans in the entire world but only 3 million or so, actually choose to live in PR.  The rest live in the US.

Pharmacuetical companies have major plants in Puerto Rico & majority of the US's medicines & medical equipment are made in PR.

Rum is also a big export. PR is known as the Rum capitol of the world. The Bacardi factory & others are located on the island.

Music & entertainment might not be something you would consider an export. But in reality it is. Puerto Rico has produced many musical stars that sell music worldwide.

Also items like electronics, chemicals, apparel, canned tuna, beverage concentrates, puerto rican coffee & certain foods are also important exports.
