What are the privileges of teaching personnel in public and private schools?

  1. i've done both, the best system i've worked in

    is the DOD schools, overseas,

    teaching service personnel's children.


  2. What do you mean by privileges?  Things they are allowed to do, or perks that are part of the job?  

    If you mean what are they allowed to do on the job, that answer would vary from school to school, but mostly you are expected to be there, on the job and not distracted by outside stuff.  No cell phone or personal emails usually.

    As for perks, that too is part of an individual contract, but usually those are things like having certain guaranteed vacation days, a certain amount of time off in the summer (which most people use to plan and prepare for the next year), insurance and sometimes, investment plans.

    Not sure if this is what you had in mind or not.
