To become a Manager, you should be well qualified, and one who is qualified enough and has enough exprience,shall rarely ask such type of questions, being a manager asking such questions or for sulutions for problems will diminish once creditbility as a leader,, remember, A leader always leads and never follows, if he starts following then simply not fit to be a leader(manager) or whatever, I hope not to hurt ur feelings, but sorry i had to be rude or else being a manager you will never loose your habit of asking for help, just try little harder and the goal is yours.
