ask him to come and marry you in the philippines,marriage in the philippines is so easy,as long as your partner is single or legally divorce and  the other way around, just needs some documents like birth certificate,marriage contracts of your parents(but i guess others dont need this) and after that it will be easy for you to go there in the USA,but it will take sometimes for the papers processing
