What are the procedure to change free visa to company visa in bahrain?

A friend of mine has gone to Bahrain on March in free visa.After reaching there he got another job in a company were there is work visa.His old sponser has no objection for changing his visa.The problem is after appling he did not get cpr.when enquired it was said it may be misplaced .so he applyed on 15 of this month again for cpr .How long will it take to get cpr and what are procedure to change free visa to his company visa
