  1. merge..... either way but you should always look to see if you can make it out either way is ok...... most sign in parking lot are from the owner of the lot not the city

  2. Whenever there is no stop sign, you always yield. Merging onto the street is the proper thing to do.

  3. You have to treat this as a complete stop - if you caused an accident you would be liable for the damages but if the accident were to occur in the parking lot itself - then nobody is at fault and each insurance company covers their own client

  4. Traffic codes in most places state that when a driver is entering a roadway from a parking lot, driveway or back lane, that driver must stop before entering such roadway.

Check your traffic laws where you live.....

When a driver pulls out from a parking space along the curb of a roadway, a driver must ensure that he/she can do so safely and without obstructing traffic.

  5. You need to stop completely.

You need to stop completely at ANY uncontrolled intersection.  If it is a 4-way intersection you always yield to the right.

  6. even though its not posted, its private property so you would treat it as if you're leaving a drive way.  that means come to a complete stop and make sure it is clear before entering the roadway.

  7. 1. look both way's first.

    2. stay in the stopped position until all is clear.

    3. proceed while still looking back and forth.
