What are the procedures in joining ISRO ?

I am 2008 b tech pass out mechanical. i want to know whether there is any training centre for the post of scientist/engineer in HYDERABAD. the results are out by august ist week and when will i have to join. i m now in hyderabad doing GATE coaching.
