What are the procedures involved in fermenting fruit juices?

please include the possible plant materials that can be used in fermentation.I will use the fermented juice as a fertilizer.

  1. Here is a site below but, you will be better off using the composted mash that is discarded for fertilizer, much better. Or feed it to your farm animals and collect their manure. Enjoy the wine and use your urine diluted at 1 part to 10 or 12 of water as a good fertilizer or sell it, still better, 2nd link below. I would not put wine on plants as fertilizer. The alcohol is probably not good for the soil and will harm beneficials and possibly your plants. Also, it would require such huge amounts and that is a waste of good food/ consumables.


  2. This site is simple and straightforward. Give it a try. Almost any plant material will ferment if you want to use it for fertilizer. Your grass clippings, for example could easily be fermented.

  3. For fertilizer:

    extraction of juice

    dilution with natural water (well water)

    Add yeast and curd seperately after dissolving them in water

    stirr well at least twice in a day

    (Instead of yeast you can add Effective mocro organisms stock)
