What are the procedures needed for Direct Hired- Filipino Worker?

Recently my sister has obtained a Visit Visa for me in Oman. While in Oman I was able to find a job and my employer has given me an offering/appointment letter. But my Visit Visa cannot be transfered to employment visa so i have to go back to Manila. Now I am in Manila? I am clueless on what to do? How can my employer send me the Employment Visa? what are the procedures?

I believe the Philippine government doesn't allow anymore direct hire for Filipino ocw especially ladies. though i don't advise it here are the things you can do.

1. you can go to Thailand or any other Asian country with visit visa and from there you can proceed to Oman with your visa from there.

2. or you can approached an agency and pay the certain fee for them to process you and there you can proceed to Oman.
