Providing your documents are correct it will take around 6 months.

Here is what should have been sent:

I-129F

G-325A for both of you

Passport pictures 2X2 two of each of you

Petitioners Birth Certificate

Proof of relationship and meeting like hotel and airline receipts, phone bills, photocopy of  passport stamps when you met visited
