What are the pros and cons ,when driving on the road while talking?

It allows you to be aware of things that you might not have been aware of till you get finished driving (10 minutes..20?) While you are being informed however, you probably ran down a young mother pushing her twins in a baby carriage because you were not overly concerned with the task at hand....the safe operation of a motor vehicle. Using the cell while driving has been proven to be as much of an impairment as drinking and driving

Pros.......sometimes it is needed for emergencies.

Cons......it is distracting.........

Pros - being able to communicate directions, locations or speak to people in cases of emergency.

Cons - Distraction from keeping attention to the road. Dry throat?
