What are the pros and cons of a "green" theme museum?

what would the pros and cons be for building a environmentally friendly museum that would educate/inform people about the different ways to reduce air and water pollution, save energy, as well as many other topics that could be implemented the the museum?

Pros:  It should attract a lot of visitors, and could educate some people about being more environmentally conscious.

Cons:  It'll be chock full of self righteous A holes, and in five years when this mostly bogus money making "green" craze passes, it'll be a ghost town.
