What are the pros and cons of an office affair?

I met this new guy at the office and I like him but there's a new girl to that is putting her eyes on him too and it seems that he's ok with that, what can I do?

i think it depends on whether or not having an affair with this man will affect your work.  Is he your boss?  Is the other girl your boss?  Do you need to work together on projects ever?  All-in-all though, I would say to stay away from them unless you don't plan on working there for long, because it may affect your performance at work if things go sour.

unless you dont plan on working ther long or know how to get him fired when its over i would steer clear of the whole situation.

Never, never, never start an office affair.  You'll end up being water cooler gossip...and when the whole thing goes sour (and it will)...you'll still HAVE to see the other person even if you don't want to.

Also...many coroporations really frown on that sort of thing....for some, it's even grounds for termination.
