What are the pros and cons of being a club owner?

Say you own a very large club thats pretty popular, not like hollywood popular but popular around the town. how much would you make and what are the pros and cons?

You'd make millions and you could expect pros (football & baseball players and maybe some golfers) to visit and you could expect cons, too (muggers, car thieves and two-bit hustlers).
