What are the pros and cons of being a peccetarian?

I am thinking about becoming a Pescetarian (cutting out all meats except fish)

What are cons and pros of this?

  1. human consumption of fish has a HUGE and terrible impact on the environment and global ecosystem. if you are trying to eliminate meat for moral and environmental reasons, you definitely should not continue to consume fish. however, fish can be quite healthy if that is your main concern.


  2. I would ask this is diet and fitness.  Vegetarians and vegans do not eat fish and a pescetarian is not any type of vegetarian.

  3. You are what you eat!

  4. When you enjoy the wholesome goodness of fish you get all the omegas, protein and plenty of iron. I don't know of any cons.
