  1. Pro: I am sure its a nice adrenaline rush, and will give you some great stories to tell the grand kids

Cons: you have to get punched alot.

  2. Pros:

Boxing is good for you and your life, because:

    - it is one of the most complete workouts you can have.

    - you learn discipline and fairness.

    - you get rid of yor everyday agression in a healthy way.

    - it's fun.

    - it's nearly the last way of a direct competition, man to man.

    Cons:

I can't imagine any. Are there any?

(Getting punched doesn't count. You also can't swim without getting wet.)

  3. the pros are: it is an individual sport it is all up to you, no teammates, you dont have to be tall or big(like football or basketball) you learn discipline and about how much heart you have. you learn a good skill and with it self confidence. being hard working and dedicated is more important than being athletically gifted.

the cons are: as a sport it is not well regulated, judging at every level can be questionable.

  4. pros: you learn to take a hit

cons: after time, you end up like muhammed ali....

  5. Pros Can use your fist and punch.

Cons Can't use your feet to kick your opponent.

  6. The Pros are the guys you see on tv - they do it for a living.  A lot of them are Cons.

  7. Boxing is the ultimate challenge. Nobody but you climbs those steps!! Plus there is nothin remotely close to the fitness training required.

Cons: Pride can sometimes cloud better judgement. If you don't have it, stop before you are turned into a human punching bag.

Boxing is te top because Football, golf, basketball, baseball etc.. all only require one ball
