  1. Here are the pros and cons living in LONDON:

    You get to see many of our land marks

    Great high street shops and designer shops

    Mixed culture

    beautiful

    Many evenst happen here (e.g Red bull air race, the olympics 2012, O2 areana, gigs etc)

    Cons:

    LOADS of Chavs! if you go in the wrong areas of london

    Crime can be stupid like knife crime

    yea and chavs ... lol

    Expensive travel

    noisey (depending where you are)

  2. Manchester

    * A big city

    * Expensive but not too expensive

    * Lots of culture

    * A lot of bars/ pubs/ clubs and restaurants

    * Very good transport system (and generally quite cheap)

    Birmingham

    * ... erm... I've lived there for 3 years, I should be able to name one thing! Erm... I can't actually think of anything it has that Manchester doesn't. Apart from Cadbury's world. But then Manchester has the McVities factory and that smells ruddy gorgeous

    Oxford

    * Very beautiful

    * A lot of culture

    * Good for pedestrians (but a lot of it is one way, so bad for drivers)

    * Closish to London

    Don't know enough about London to comment. I've leave that to the Londoners.

    I'm a Manc at uni in Brum but moving to London when I finish... I'm choosing to go to London because I know Manchester inside out and want a change, and I don't feel that Birmingham is big enough for me. I'm a big city person... it depends what you want.

  3. The UK is England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland altogether,

    The Places you have named are all in England,

    Are you one of those people who only calls England, the UK?

  4. All these places are good to live in because they have lots of houses and flats on offer, lots of jobs, good shopping centres. The only bad things are that they are in-land so they have no beach, and they are very polluted, build up areas :) xoxo

  5. Well i used to live in Manchester and i loved it! The people are really friendly, things tend not to be very expensive and there are lots of jobs and housing. Though there are lots of nice places in Manchester, there are equally as bad places.

    I live near London now and it's a very cultural, diverse city. Lots of jobs and work, housing is usually very expensive and if you don't live in the actual city it can be quite expensive to travel to. Again the same as Manchester, although it has some very nice places, it has some very dirty and unclean places as well.

  6. Well for a start they are all in England - and that's pretty d**n rough.

  7. London

    Cons: expensive, crowded, high crime rate, very anonymous, smoggy, lots of rude people who are always in a rush, overrun with tourists

    Pros: good transport system both internally and to elsewhere, lots of attractions, always something happening and things to do, the uk is very london centric so you'll be more in the centre of things
