What are the pros and cons of popping your knuckles?!?!?!?

?????? i know they get bigger and u get artherities and stuff. but theres got to be more. my brother told me that each pop release juccies and stuff. but my teacher saysit messes with the hand nerves!?!?!

  1. There is really no pros to cracking your knuckles other then most people do it in stressful situations or when feeling antzy like biting your fingernails. The only actually proven con is your dexterity later in life may be inhibited. It does not lead to huge knuckles or arthritis.  


  2. It's obviously affected your typing skills because you can't spell!!!!  

    There are NO pro's to cracking your knuckles.  The cons are that you will have large arthritic knuckles later in life and won't be able to do the things that you want to with your hands.  

  3. Yes, all joints in your body have sacs of fluid around them. The popping makes them release the fluid/lubricant, thus, arthritis later, stiff joints. Massive knuckles, and rings will not fit, as they have to be huge to go over them, then they flop around when you wear them as the finger is so much thinner.

  4. popping your knuckles does nothing to your fingers at all, all that stuff u hear is just old wives tales, nothing to it at all
