But Viscount Mabrey who wishes that his nephew who is also in line to the throne to be the new ruler, reminds everyone of a law that states that an unmarried woman can't be made queen, and with the backing of parliament, he opposes Mia's coronation. But Queen Clarice asks that Mia be allowed time to find a husband, and she is given 30 days. As Queen, Mia's has one chance to change any previous laws set by tradition on her coronation day. So on the day she was crowned Queen, she established the new law, which states that a single princess may inherit the crown as well.

in reply to the previous answerer - i believe it was at her wedding ceremony that she made a motion (as the parliment were in attendance) and that due to a majority ruling, the motion was passed that unmarried Princesses could be crowned Queen. Her coronation never took place until after this so she wasnt Queen when she made the motion and didnt pass any such law (as it had to be seconded and then put to the rest of parliment).

as for the question.....do you mean PD or PD2? as she had protocols in PD aswell on "how to be a Princess"
