  1. positive frame of mind,faith on your surgeon and a desire to get out of the hosptal as early as possible. A silent prayer before moving in


  2. Psychological preparations?   Please... Just be man and get the surgery.  You don't need to "express your feelings" or "open up" to a crook therapist before getting a surgery.  Grow some balls.
