What are the qualification or experience for an animator to get an USA visa and type of visa?

is bachelor degree a must to get USA visa for an animator

i only have two 6 months course certificate and a 2 year experience

But qualification for animator in pixar says (degree or certificate in classical animation )

but h1b requires degree or equivalent experience

Yes, a bachelors degree is needed unless you have a very specific skill for which the argument can be made that a degree is not needed.  In that case, you could get a different visa, not an H-1B.  To be honest, I do not think that animators are in short supply in the US so I do not think that an employer could make that argument.
