What are the qualifications do we need to apply for the green card lottery ?

can any one got rejected , once from USA embassy ,cant apply for green card lottery again ?

First, you must have been born in a country that's eligible.  Not all are.

Second, you need at least a high school education.

Third, you must meet all the other criteria for an immigrant visa.

1. can any one got rejected- It is more likely you don't get selected to proceed to file I-485, the actual green card application.

2. can't apply for green card lottery again? - You can apply every year if you don't get selected.
