I feel, as long as humans dominate the earth, there will be no peace. no complete unity.

It is human nature to be selfish. The greatest strength in my opinion is selflessness. Because it defies all that naturally come to humans.

I guess what defines this question is up in the air…since different individuals would define a “working society” differently.  I’m sure this is what your instructor had in mind when he/she gave the assignment.  These are not necessarily MY descriptors of an ideal working society, but I think they are generic enough to get you through.  You could list a million random things.  Good luck.

Focus on social harmony

Allow individualism

This probably doesn't answer your question very well but in my opinion the only quality necessary to create a proper working society is respect.

respect for ourselves

respect for others

respect for the planet and all the resources/lifeforms that inhabit it

pretty simple answer really but if you think about it the main downfall of our society is a distinct lack of respect for everything.
