    1. Polite

    2. Patient when listening to the customer

    3. Should be able to think very quick and have an answer to the query

    4. a very cool voice, which can attract. When one smiles and takes the phone, the voice tells the persons mood...


  2. he should be smart, courteous, puinctual and have good knowledge of functioning of organisation. he should have cordial relations with personnel of the company and he is an imprtant link between his organization and customers.  



  3. The customer care executive must have following qualities :-

    1. polite  2. humble  3. sincere    4. truthful     5. hard working

    6. forward looking     7. prompt    8. imaginative   9. Practical

    10. follow up           11. rational   etc.

    should have lots of patience.. be polite....and soft spoken n shud sound very pleasant... plus he shud hv the quality to undrstnd the problem of another person ...coz thats wht the job requires.. tk cr
