  1. depends on which ones you stay in i guess. The hi hostel on granville is nice and clean, but it gets a bit noisy at night, cos it next to a nightclub.

    They have another hostel tho in downtown on a quieter street, which ive heard is good ..cant remember the address, but have a look at hihostels.ca.

    You could also have a look at hostelworld.com..it has reviews of all the hostels.
