What are the quickest back roads to take from Hackettstown, NJ to Morristown, NJ?

I'm trying to figure out a commute that doesn't require major highways.

When I lived there and had to make a commute to Convent Station I used to go 46 to 10 to 202 into Morristown.  A back road alternative might be: 46 to the top of the hill - right on Drakestown Rd - left on RIver Rd -follow River Rd to Bartley-Chester Rd to Rt 206.  Right on 206 to Rt 24 at Chester. Turn left and follow Rt 24 into Morristown.  That's NOT a fast commute and your options are limited.  Good luck.
