Question:

What are the "4 Moves to get Awesome legs" in this issue of 'Seventeen' (pic inside)?

i have a subscription to Seventeen so i got the issue and didnt realy think about doing the leg moves or anything. but now i'm wanting to try their fitness challenges in the magazine and i threw away this issue when i was cleaning out my room. can anyone help me out?? 10 points if you can tell me the workout please be detailed and include how many reps i'm supposed to do n everything. thanks!

  1. ok luckily i kept the magazine, here's what you have to do...

    1.Straight-Leg Dead Lift

    A.Stand with a weight in each hand.Bend until upper body is parallel to floor;let weights travel down thighs.

    B.Reverse the movement,inching the weights back up your thighs as you clench your thight muscles. Repeat 20 times.

    2.Chair Pose

    A.Squat down and lift arms up.Keep your back straight and neck in line with spine.Hold for 30 seconds, then slowly come up.

    3.Squat and Leg Lift

    A.With your feet hip-width apart and a resistence band for intensity,slowly lower into a squat.

    B.Keeping weight centered, slowly stand and lift leg out. Bring

    it down;repeat with other leg.Repeat 20 times.

    4.Knee Kicks

    A.Lie on your side with bottom leg bent.Begin with top leg straight, then bend that knee toward floor.

    B.Kick your top leg back into position you started in (so that is't straight). Do 20 times on each leg.
