http://fashaddix.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/bynesseventeen-magazine1.jpgi have a subscription to Seventeen so i got the issue and didnt realy think about doing the leg moves or anything. but now i'm wanting to try their fitness challenges in the magazine and i threw away this issue when i was cleaning out my room. can anyone help me out?? 10 points if you can tell me the workout please be detailed and include how many reps i'm supposed to do n everything. thanks!
