Obviously they are for vegetables and fruits right? What settings should I use? And what should I put in either of the two drawers together?

  1. bottom one is for meats and cheeses

    top one is for vegetables

Just use medium settings, unless you live somewhere with extreme temperatures or humidities.  Or, if your refrigerator is sitting somewhere particularly hot or cold in your house.
