  1. not really, but the reason(s) are: 9/11, al qaeda etc. (saudi linked incidents/organizations), sharia law in saudi arabia, and now probably because of Oil prices too!

  2. .....I dont think there is such thing as saudiphobia.....lolz......this country maybe linked with 911, osama bin laden, al qaeda and other terrorist groups but it is much safer to live here than staying in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Palestine and Israel.....those people who were recruited to be part of terrorist groups are only a minority compared to the total population here -- not even 2%.

  3. No they are not.

It's very safe here in Saudi.

Even americans are living in Saudi with no harm.

  4. it is few things, but definately 911 had a big impact

now, 911 happened, terrorists attacked US as a retaliation movement. mainly for US support of Israel and a decade of action in Iraq.

in 2000, one year before 911, the hate heat towards US policies and Israel reached its peak at that time in muslim world. It was the first big boycott that happened by people. Pepsi, MsDonalds and all american brands had a period of worrisom in the Muslim world because of the violence that happened in Palestine, Israel. (it was Mohammad Dorra year, if you know that tragedic story?)

however, if US admit that it is a retaliation, then people will ask: what did we do wrong? but, someone gotta be blamed.

so, the blame will go to islam, and it calls for hate and killing

so, you can say these people hate democracy, infidels, women abuse ...etc. so, you can portray the whole muslim world as barbarian and the center of islam is saudi.

who controls main US media? and US economy?

    Zionists power.

if this is true, then how can someone explains 500,000 troops came in 1990/1991 and left without a single violent accident?

in reality, the troops at that time enjoyed a lot of good interaction with the normal crowd.

  5. If the Saudis Arabs want to keep their country closed, that's their problem.. I have no right to tell them what to do. And  hating Arabs and Muslim is now a "sport". I am not suprised. I used to some years ago, but now I know better. They have their problems, and we got ours. And I have met some nice Muslims that taught me not to be so prejudicial. They are people like the rest of us. Islamophobia doesn't touch me anymore. Our foreign policies is what provoked them. Let us mind our business let them mind theirs.

  6. even before 911 there was saudiphobia... its a mysterious closed society and the western media likes to play up on this..

I dont know how many people when I was little and growing up in USA wanted to tell me stereotypical stories they thought they knew about SaudiArabia... All of which were wrong..
