What are the reasons for a web/blogsite to be suspended?

I usually visit http://handbagopedia.com/ a handbag photoblog collecting all the different handbag collections from different designers of the world but the last time i checked it's not what i usually expect it's different and i think it could have been suspended. what are the reasons behind this? and how do you get it to work again?

the owners of the space most likely review the content of that massive memory they've paid for, and if it's a dude and he sees a page with photos of shoes and hairpins it's probably going to disappear.
