What are the reasons for that Egyptian phone operator to start talking?

when i call this mobile number most of the time i get through but sometimes i don't get through. so i'm trying to call a mobile and the operator says: the mobile you have reached has been shut off or unavailable at the moment. what are the reasons for not being able to get through?

Three reasons:

1. The receiver is busy and he has no call waiting service

OR

2. The mobile is off

OR

3. The receiver is somewhere where there is no network reception.

i got this too.

maybe you called the person like 3 times in a row once they didn't answer after the 1st call.

yeah, most of the time you will get through.

if you get the operator, wait for a fewminutes before you call the number again...i'm sure it'll go through.

it happened to me.

99% the mobile you are calling is closed .

when i sleep, i shut off my mobile so as not to be disturbed .

if you have an important message , send  a written message .

the person will get it on opening the mobile .

they would call you back .
