  1. The problem is that we have built all of these big cities.

We are better off spreading out more with smaller satellite cities, therefore you don't have an entire workforce trying to commute from the suburbs towards a central city.

  2. people going to work.

  3. look out for Taxi cabs

  4. As motorists, we are “missing in action” when it comes to defending our interests and rights.

If we value personal mobility, economic opportunity, and individual freedom, then being a “motorist” should be one of our highest priorities. If enough of us come to this realization there will be no more speed traps, road blocks, ticket cameras, kangaroo traffic courts, or stealing of highway funds to fix budget deficits. Our opinions might even matter the next time Congress tries to fix the mess they created with the just-passed energy bill.

  5. That's an easy one.  It's because there's too many people and not enough birth control.

  6. There are several reasons for traffic problems.

    1) Too many cars on the road--need more commuters/carpools.

    2) Traffic lights need to be synchronized better.

    3) Sometimes it's just too many/or not enough on - off ramps for the freeway in a certain area.

    4) They need to monitor the ramps for entering the freeway better.

The best solution for cities, with all the commuters where going Southbound in the mornings takes a long time to get to work, and going Northbound in the evening is the same way for people coming home, I would really like to see light rail take place. For the big cities, suburbs, etc.

And, better bus service as well. It's good, but could be better.

I would like also to see in the same vein--commuters being more willing to carpool, or use light rail (when/where available) and even get to/from work by bus. It all is sure better than walking for many miles, or like the pioneers had to-by horse and buggy (rough ride).

    Take care. .
