please help me, I need to pass a powerpoint report tomorrow about reflex, and I didn't have much time doing it because it was our exam week, and it was just now that it ended, and my brain is just not functioning well.

  1. There are many different receptors involved in spinal reflexes.  The example most commonly used is that of the patellar reflex.  The patellar tendon is tapped, which stretches the quadriceps muscle; the reflex causes the contraction of the muscle.

Another example of a spinal reflex is the withdrawal reflex.  When you put your hand on something hot, your hand is withdrawn before you even "feel" the pain (because the neurons that carry the pain sensation have slower conduction velocities).
