What are the reporting marks for?

....The Johnson Country Airport Commission. It serves an industroal park around New Century Airport between Gardner and Olathe, KS. I think it is a common carrier. It branches of the BNSF at Gardner. It may be refered to by the older name of the airport, Johnson County Industrial Airport, or by the current name. I could ask a Yahoo group, but I thought I would give somebody the chance at 10 points first.

Can't find a reporting mark, I tried and tried.

They only need a reporting mark if they interchange cars.
