  1. well depends what type of wedding are you going to want. I got married last year at Vegas, at the "Garden of Love" chapel. We had a simple civil ceremony. We had to get our license at the "Las Vegas Marriage Bureau" which is before arriving to Vegas(from California) My hubby and I took our driver license or ID, birth certificate, and that was it! We filled out a form with our names, address, date of birth, and got it, there was a long line but we got it within 40 minutes. The license I believe lasts for a whole year. from there we went to our hotel, and then took off to the chapel. I got the smallest wedding package, to fit 5 people(it was only me and him) and it was less than $100 at the chapel you will need your license, and I made an appointment a month before(online) it was soooo quick within 10 minutes we were out, and that included taking pictures inside! After that they gave you a CD with the pictures. But like I said that was just a plain civil ceremony, I don't know if you plan to have a religious ceremony at Vegas. But whatever you decide good luck :) ohhh and also I got married in May too :) On May 12th 2007 oh and another thing as far as witness, if you don't have one, the chapel will have one of the workers sign it at the end of the ceremony. But inside the ceremony it was just me, my hubby, and the minister :)

  2. Driver's license with current address and full legal name. Some money for the wedding license. It is quick and easy.

Edit: When I got my license, we walked in and out within 15 minutes. I guess waits are variable.

  3. Congrats and good luck!

OK, I got married in Vegas forever ago, and it was quite easy, actually.

Take your ID, for sure, and maybe even another form of ID, like birth certificates and social security cards, etc.

Then when you get there, check into a hotel and start calling places up, ya know? We found one called the Shalimar....they gave us an excellent ceremony....and even included a limo to take us to the marriage license office (I forget what that place was actually called, lol). You'll get there, pay for you license,  then they'll drive you over to the Chapel. You kinda wait around for your turn and then go in and get married after you show them you have the completed paperwork.

Hope this helps, and I wish you a happy life together!

  4. Your driver's license, $55 cash, a witness (if you don't want a stranger to be your witness), and patience (the lines are super long to get the license). It's so easy. Have fun! I loved my Vegas wedding!

  5. you know what call up a couple of the places look online and ask them so you def know what you need

  6. Everyone is giving you good advice.  My daughter was married  there 9 years ago.  You need to go to the Clark County Courthouse for your license.  You can get it the same day you get married.  You'll be in and out in about 15 - 30 minutes.

We purchased an all inclusive package with the Excalibur, the suite, the ceremony, the flowers, pictures, champagne, breakfast in bed, dinner for two -- it was very reasonable.  The options are endless, just depends on your personal taste.

    Best Wishes.
