  1. Each state sets its own guidelines.

    There are no constitutional requirements.

In states like California, you do not even have to be an American.  That state does not even ask for voters to show identification.

In New Mexico my party used to drive Mexicans around from polling place to polling place.  We, the whites, would let the guys know who their names are at each site.

In San Francisco my party even had our people voting in the place of others who did not show up.  (We knew they would want our party to win, so we simply helped them express their views.)   Oh, yes...when we were caught, one of our judges dismissed the complaint, claiming that even with fraudulent votes, there is no way to know how the fraudulent votes were cast.

So much for being 18 or over and a citizen of the country.

  2. US citizen.  Get going so you can vote in November!  Spread the word -- save Democracy!

  3. You have to be a US citizen, and you have to have been a resident in the district you are registering in for 30 days.  Also you have to register at least 30 days before you plan on voting.

  4. you have to be 18 and a registered voter and a citizen of the USA. Not convicted of any felonies as well or mentally deficient/disabled.
