What are the requirements for Passport renewal?

You'll need to send them your old expired/expiring passport, fill in the Application form and pay the renewal fee.

You don't usually have to provide your birth-cert when renewing.

Among other things on renewals, it says:

Your most recent passport

Two identical passport photographs

And, a $67 fee payable to the U.S. Department of State.

If you need your passport urgently, you may request Expedited Service. ( Click here for information about Expedited Service .)

NOTE: Your previous passport will be returned to you with your new passport.

Depending on where you live. i fyou live in Sydney than go to strathfield. And further up the street is the Birth, Death, Marriage certificates. Go in there fill out a form and get a new passport =]
