Be sure you are paid for at least 1 monthly contribution and must be already posted to the SSS website. All you have to do is to bring a birth certificate and a valid ID. Only black pens are allowed in the forms. Go personally to any SSS branch and fill up the form, and submit yourself for data capturing and photo. Wait for a few months. SSS ID will be delivered to your mailing address.
