This actually a 2 way question but for my first one what do you need to be a good SS? I'm gonna start for my high school team eventhouth I got heart problems but it won't affect me.
Also I haven't made up my mind between SS or FS, which one should I pick?
I'm 14, 5'5(Short), my weight is good enough according to my coach, my 40 dash is 4.8(Not lying) and my bench is pretty good my max is around 150s. So which one should I take?
